Ratnapprabbha Motors (RPM) established in 1986 is a leading Automobile Dealership Company based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

The company is present across the central region of Maharashtra known as Marathwada. Over the past 30 years RPM’s commitment to trust and adherence to values has helped the company grow to become one of the largest dealership companies in the region. Catering to all segment of customers from two wheelers to construction equipment RPM has built a reliable name for itself in the region. With a turnover of over 400 crores, the company is also supported by more than 800 employees and sells over 8000 vehicles a year.

The promoters of the group Mansingh Pawaar, Sanjivani Pawar & Arjunsingh Pawar belong to the Pawar Family, which is a familiar name in the region for over 3 generations.

Mansingh Pawaar

Founder & Director

Mansingh Pawaar is the founder of Ratnapprabbha Motors. With his greater vision, leadership and humble attitude, he has led the company to where it is today. His passion for automobiles combined with an entrepreneurial ambition, he drove the company to excellence. He is also an active social worker and has contributed to the community by leading as the president in various organisations like Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (2010-2011), Marathwada Chamber of Trade & Commerce (2007-2009), Aurangabad Jillha Vyapari Mahasangh (2000-2002), Aurangabad First (2018-2020). He has played a vital role in development of Aurangabad and Maharashtra. For his contribution to the society and the business community, he has been awarded the Aurangabad Bhushan by Rotary Club and been declared the ‘Business Icon of Aurangabad’ by Lokmat Times.

Sanjivani Pawar

Director

Sanjivani Pawar is a Director at Ratnapprabbha Motors. With her sense of management and pursuit for excellence she has motivated and guided the people of the company to success. Her commitment towards the progress of the organization has been a supporting pillar to its growth. Her commitment towards educating people has been reflected in the organisation. She is an active member of Chatrapati Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Remand Home, Aurangabad and Gautala Valley School.

Arjunsingh Pawar

Arjunsingh Pawar joined Ratnapprabbha Motors in 2015. He brings in the young energy into business and himself has a drive to direct the company with a fresh outlook. Looking to grow the business beyond Aurangabad and Maharashtra, he envisions to future proofing the Ratnapprabbha automobile dealership business.
